
How the Talent Pool works
We have a great range of vacancy types and locations on offer and to make sure we match you with the right ones, we will need you to complete our skills assessments and online application form. When you apply using the online application form, your application will be acknowledged by email and we will then confirm your registration with the Talent Pool.
Your details will be held on our Talent Pool and we’ll consider you for all suitable vacancies as they arise. You will then be invited to attend an interview and considered for posts.
It means that you don’t have to keep applying – fill in the form once and your details will be kept and considered for all suitable posts for up to six months, then you will be given an option to resubmit your application. You can remove yourself from the pool at anytime by simply deactivating yourself from the Talent Pool.
